Karen Longino

Senior Literary Agent

Karen Longino brings 20+ years of publishing experience to her leadership role over WTA and K-LOVE Books. Prior to joining WTA, Karen served as an associate publisher with a Nashville-based, independent publishing company. Her 20+ year publishing career also includes previous roles at FaithWords & Worthy, the Christian divisions of Hachette Book Group, Abingdon Press, Barnes & Noble, and Howard Books, the Christian division of Simon & Schuster. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.

Karen’s vast industry knowledge has served our literary division well as we bring guidance and new innovative offerings to our clients. She is from Monroe, LA but calls Nashville, TN her second home.

Jenaye Merida

Publishing Manager

Jenaye Merida brings a wide variety of publishing experience to WTA Media. At B&H Publishing (Lifeway Christian Resources), she served in several roles in author relations, publicity and marketing strategy, implementing campaigns for books such as LIFE by Lisa Harper, U-Turns by Dr. Tony Evans, The God of the Garden by Andrew Peterson, The Good Life by Derwin Gray, You Be You by Jamie Ivey, and Becoming Elisabeth Elliot by Ellen Vaughn. Jenaye has presented products on QVC and Amazon Live, and has been both a guest and host of several podcasts. She has provided marketing strategy for artists such as Point of Grace and Gaither Music’s Lynda Randle, developed marketing and PR workshops for entrepreneurs, and conducted media training for authors and speakers around the country. In her role as Publishing Manager and Literary Agent at WTA Media, she brings a collaborative approach to bridging the CCM and literary world to create compelling books. In addition, Jenaye is fluent in Spanish.
